What do you mean by "Design"?

All of these concerns apply (though in different proportions, and with different details), whether your project involves a useable database with "intuitive" forms and reports, a monthly magazine with graphs automatically generated from current stock prices, an installation manual, or a web site about your prairie plant nursery.

And if you intend to create more than one of these, the importance of design increases by an order of magnitude for each one!
